In this role, you will support the dentist with clinical and administrative duties while helping create a comfortable, positive experience for our patients. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about patient care, we’d love to hear from you!</p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>  </p><ul>  <li><strong>Patient      Care &amp; Comfort</strong>: Welcome and prepare patients for treatments or      check-ups, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns they may      have.  </li><li><strong>Assist      with Procedures</strong>: Set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed      for dental procedures. Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry and      ensure the dental room is well-prepared for each procedure.  </li><li><strong>Instrument      Sterilization &amp; Safety</strong>: Follow proper sterilization procedures and      ensure that all dental instruments are sanitized in compliance with health      regulations.  </li><li><strong>Lab      Tasks &amp; Post-Operative Care</strong>: Assist with lab tasks as directed and      provide patients with post-operative care instructions.  </li><li><strong>Record      Maintenance</strong>: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records,      assisting with patient charts, treatment documentation, and payment      procedures.  </li><li><strong>Scheduling      &amp; Office Support</strong>: Assist in scheduling patient appointments and      ensuring the office runs smoothly with minimal disruptions. Keep the      dental room clean, organized, and well-stocked.  </li><li><strong>Regulated      Tasks</strong>: Perform non-surgical tasks such as coronal polishing, if      certified, and assist with other regulated tasks as allowed by local      regulations. </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</strong>  </p><ul>  <li><strong>Experience</strong>:      A minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience in a clinical setting.  </li><li><strong>Certification</strong>:      Dental Assistant Certification (CDA or RDA) is required.
